My name is Lee Vessey and I was born on the 24th June 1970, before we begin I want to ask you to read all the links I have created in this chapter so you can better understand a technology that is going to touch the lives of everyone in the very near future. This chapter supplies a living example of someone who is being subjected to trauma based mind control, the intention of trauma based mind control is to wipe clean the mind via different brain washing techniques, such as firing radiated energy directly into the head of a target and electrocuting the mind to degrade the person's conscious awareness, to encourage a catatonic hypnotised state.

The trauma created by this experience is then combined with different psychological techniques that are designed to subjugate the conscious self of the targeted individual, they are supposed to become passive and open to manipulation via electronic means. It is the same principle as a bullying or dominant partner taking control of the mind of a weaker one over several years inside a relationship, slowly breaking them down. The trauma weakens the the mind and then psychological techniques (usually alternating between painful, degrading or praising as you would train a dog) are used to reign it in, before it can be redirected via the new science of photonic mind control.

It's accurate to say that I am much more susceptible to third party mind control than it appears if you read this book, because when the security services make me do or say something its already done, but in a book you have the opportunity to back track and change something if it's origin seems doubtful when at a later date you read through it. It's fair to say that given the extent that these people have keyed into my nervous system, this has given them slightly more scope than I have in terms of physical movement or where my legs take me. There is a book later in this chapter called Physical Control of the Mind: Towards a Phycho-Civilised Society and this is exactly what this technology gives the security services, control of the body's nervous system and I often say to them it's not mind control it's time control, because they make me do mundane things that I would have done anyway, such as going to the shops or the cinema.

Why would they waste their time and tax payers money doing this you ask ?

The reason is that taking control of someones higher mind is a slower process, because it is not an unconscious mechanical function like operating the body's nervous system via the brain and in this process belief has an important role to play. If you believe you are losing control of your mind you will do, since reality unfolds as an expression of your will and there's also the pain and degradation that's designed to erode the short term memory and suppress the independence of the mind. There is now a growing body of evidence on the internet from other people in a similar position, they call themselves Targeted Individuals..

One of the reasons I have been targeted is this book, I’ve been researching it from the mid-nineties before I was microchipped by the security services, it exposes how western civilisation was founded on a counterfeiting scheme that was set up by a cartel of bankers, it also explains how this deception is still in place today only now it’s called the world economy. Over the years the power of the banks has compounded and they have slowly grown to create an intelligence network that has taken control of Western Democracy, but the real problem is how they are protecting their network and the plans they have for other people who have not been targeted so far.

On this point, I would like everyone to watch the following two video's that will introduce some credibility to a technology which has been developed in secret over the last fifty years, the first video by CNN in America speaks about human microchips that have started coming into use in the public sphere, but it only concedes a level of sophistication that had already been surpassed thirty years ago as we will see later in this chapter. The important point is the video proves that human microchips exist and are being injected into people as a matter of routine, this can no longer be denied and the only thing still up for discussion is the level of sophistication that human microchips have now reached.

The second video just down the page explains how a technology which has been installed all around the world has a dual use that government agencies can access, frequency technology allows signals to be transmitted from television and mobile phone masts that are subsequently transformed into pictures and voices, but this technology also introduces another level to implanted microchips. So, instead of just holding passive information about someone or providing identification as the first video shows, the microchips can become interactive if they are connected to a Supercomputer or a human operator is interacting with the implant using microwaves or radio waves, the exact same principle as a radio controlled car that is being directed by a microchip via radio signals from an operator.

It is also possible to abuse people with debilitating microwaves from cell phone towers without the use of a microchip, but a microchip gives these people access to the bodys central nervous system and this allows them to create the same effect as the body does naturally, such as rashes on the skin or if the operator is feeling particuarly cruel they can make the body hyperventilate by tightening the chest or the throat for hours at a time. I was being subjected to an episode of this treatment when I called Chesterfield Police in 2010, a community support officer called Mc Cloughlin badge 3822 arrived unexpectedly at my door when I was hyperventilating and it stopped within a minute of his arrival which he commented on, but I have endured this treatment many times with no way of stopping the choking aside from very heavy breathing and a Ventolin inhaler.

Other effects can be manipulated by the operator as well including farting, dizziness in the head and extreme lethargy, but as the abuse is happening on the inside the body instead of the outside I have found it is impossible to arouse the interest of the police or anyone else. The intention is to erode the will of the target as no matter where they go nobody is interested in doing anything about it, police officers and government employees all have mortgages to pay and they cannot afford to compromise their jobs by pursuing difficult truths, but the problem for me is that over several years this 21st century form of torture has a cummulative effect and it literally begins to break down the inside of the body, the microwaves and electricity slowly melt it as you can see by looking at the fourth video in this chapter

Most people who are reading this will be thinking theres no way the government would allow state controlled television and radio masts to be subverted in this way, but these people are living in the past as British television masts are now owned by a company called Arqiva that is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, while British Telecom and Vodaphone are the largest owners of cell phone towers in the U.K. British Telecom started life as the Electric Telegraph Company and I can tell you that they are still in this business, their partner Vodaphone began life producing radio handsets for the British Military and this is where the two companies connect together.

Britain has also been loosely controlled by the Military-Industrial complex that President Eisenhower warned against since the late 1800s, but they only started to take democracy apart with Margaret Thatcher in 1979. This military and commercial syndicate operates through the security services and media in every country, it is why the privitisation of state assets and the centralisation of power began with Margaret Thatcher, while the widespread use of mind control technology began under New Labour.

The invention that I mentioned a few paragraphs back that doesn't need a microchip to interface with the brain has a patent dating back to 1976, it entrains the brainwaves via frequency technology from a distance and if someone is being manipulated from cell towers by frequency technology they are said to be "in the loop", it's where the saying originated. The patent below is dated from 1976 and anyone who wants the full copy is welcome to use the number in the top right hand corner to locate it at the United States patent office, I am also going to add my own explanation so that any one struggling to understand the invention can bounce off my simplification.

A standard machine for measuring brain waves is designed so that electrodes attach to either side of the head to directly measure the frequency of energy the brain is emitting. This invention scans the brain and measures its output from a distance by sending two or more different radio or microwave frequencies directly into the brain of a subject, a loop is then created so they return to the radio station and are fed into a computer. The computer can then measure the difference between the waves sent out and the waves that return and the variation is used to extract the brainwaves of the person, this process is called telemetry.

Now here's the really disturbing bit, this loop can be sustained and the computer is able to electrically change the brain state of the subject, so moods such as anger or sadness can be manipulated by supercomputer or at the discretion of the computer operator. I know from my own experience that the security services can also connect you to a supercomputer and get it to run a program that will lock on and torment you for days before it stops, but if they want to influence or deviate your mind they will project into the brain on a subconscious frequency of energy, so that you take their inspiration for your own will.

If you look at the diagram just down the page, you can see it shows the waves entering the body through the third eye in the forehead and just under the skull at the back of the head, I can confirm this is where the energy that enters the head is targeted, exactly the place. If they are parasiting your system it will be almost imperceptible, whereas if they are attempting to wipe your memory out it will feel like your head is being flushed with energy that is racing through it at different speeds or tempo's, this is the reality of brainwashing. The invention is assigned to Dorne and Margolin who work in the commercial aerial business for television and radio stations, ITT mentioned in Chapter Three are also involved in this area of business.

Anyone who lives in Britain has already seen this technology in action if they have watched Derren Brown on television, since this mind reading and mind influencing technology is the core of his act. The 35 year old technology has also been superceded by microwave broadband and the security services can use this to fire suggestions into the head of any subject they choose, leading them in the direction they want often just to marvel at their own omnipotence, but over the last 35 years they must have also manipulated a lot of things that no one knows about.

The only negative I want to point out in the second video is the narrator mentions a woman who claimed to have remotely viewed her tormentors, this has no relevance to an otherwise very informative video and should be discarded, remote viewing cannot be proven or dis-proven unlike the existence of this technology, I say it is a very informative video as I have personally experienced most of the harassment the narrater mentions.

 

Now, this is what has happened to me and it is the level this technology has actually reached

In February 1999 a light based microchip floated through the air and entered my head, this may sound like a fantastic claim until you appreciate that photon science has been around for decades now, there is even an institute of photon science at the University of Manchester in England that deals with the application and uses of light/matter or wave/particle technology. Photons are being primed to replace electron-ic circuit boards so instead of information in a computer being processed via electrons, the next generation of circuits will use photons or packets of light to transmit information at much faster speeds, processing at the speed of light. The specific area that deals with human or lifeform applications is called Bio-Photonics, I have included an article below that explains how photon microchips are now possible, but it doesn't validate my claim that this technology existed in 1999.

 

 

However, if you watch the third video in this chapter about the Tavistock Institute who are working inconjunction with the security services, you will see they are connected to Nasa and are at the cutting edge of R&D. I can tell you that photon microchips were in development in 1999 and they have been using me as an unwilling human guinea pig in their research.

I was living in the U.K when this happened and was in the process of buying a 30 bedroom hotel on Brighton seafront, I was also an independent thinker and esoteric researcher. I had no idea who was responsible for this implant and was told by the voice which came through the microchip that my body had been taken over, as you can imagine I wasn't thrilled until they began to manipulate my feelings so that I felt happy to start throwing my money away. You will see at the end of this chapter I was made to give up my hotel purchase and spend all of my deposit, I was told if I didn’t do this I would be electroshocked, tormented and eventually sent mad via the microchip, they gave me a few electro shocks and I also felt compelled as well as content to follow their instructions.

Looking back I can see this state can be achieved by subtly pressuring the emotional pleasure centres of the brain, while simultaneouly manipulating and directing the nervous system via electronic signals. For an amoral operator who works for the security services and does this for a living it is just like learning to drive a car or a plane, it becomes easier and easier with repetition and practice. The operator only needs to see through the eye of the person they are parasiting and this is what photon microchips facilitate, they are shaped like a contact lens and fit behind the eye of the abductee, they convert light into electronic signals that are processed into a picture of the world through the eye of their target.

To sustain the life of a photon microchip requires microwaves to be passed through your head 24 hours a day, you can see the results later in this chapter where I have put together some pictures that highlight the decline. It literally reduces the head to a lower energetic expression, zaps it like a microwave oven. The excerpt below provides evidence of another new technology called V2K, this invention allows for the transmission of voices directly into the head of any person in the world by military intelligence, it is like a 21st century two way telephone where you can speak a reply or think it instead as your brainwaves are being monitored by telemetry.

Q. Is Voice to Skull technology or Word of God military tech possible?

Yes, the V2K, or "Voice-to-Skull" technology is not only possible, it has been patented and in use since at least the mid-1990s. U.S. Air Force researchers, working with former Soviet scientists who did ground-breaking work in this area, were able to successfully test "voice to skull" transmissions in the mid-1990s by transmitting simple words into test subjects brains from a distance using microwave technology (similar to cell phone technology in many respects). V2K was originally one way transmission only. The technology has greatly progressed since that time, and now includes telepathic, or two way communication: both sending and receiving thoughts. Thus, the mind can not only be "read" but talked to. The NSA (National Security Agency) has become involved, and satellites are now used for V2K and newer telepathic technologies developed in the U.S. and Japan (see internet articles on "Japanese mind reading chip"). Present coverage is worldwide, but confined to the Northern Hemisphere. Later satellite launches may expand coverage globally. See internet articles on "Japanese mind reading chip". This technology is not only likely used for traditional government espionage, but also to harass citizens of various countries, including the U.S. Apocryphal evidence includes the increasing number of cases reporting this type of electronic harassment, especially in the U.S. The rise in reported harassment correlates to the timeline for the development of the technology, beginning in the mid-1990s. Internet searches show DoD involvement, especially the Air Force and Army. It is likely though that the NSA or other security organizations control its use.

While the technology has legitimate use in military and intelligence gathering operations overseas and in war zones (e.g., "voice of God" transmissions to jihadists, etc.), it appears the security services have overstepped their legal authority and are in violation of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights by targeting innocent U.S. citizens resident in the USA. Acknowledgement of this technology and its abuses against Americans has steadily grown. Rep. Dennis Kucinich even introduced a bill into Congress, which failed to gain approval, outlawing this so-called "psychotronic torture". The ACLU has also voiced objections to the use of this technology by the U.S. Government to no avail.

It appears that "Big Brother" is indeed here, and not likely to go away without a concerted effort by an aroused and angry U.S. electorate.

The first thing they made me do after I gave up the hotel purchase was travel to the Apollo Hospital in Delhi to have an operation on my nose under general anesthetic, I recently did some research into the ownership of the Apollo Hospital and found some of the same names that are behind these microchips and most of the major corruption on the planet, the Morgan cartel and the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank (HSBC) to name a couple. I have also found out that the nose is where physical microchips are inserted into the head of a patient and I believe that at least one other microchip was implanted during this operation, because I can sometimes feel it asserting itself in the middle of my head, the problem is that physical microchips are now so small and difficult to find.

Second microchip or not, three years later in 2002 all of my money was gone and by 2006 I had been in lots of fights and ended up in prison for ABH on two different occasions, soon after leaving prison in 2006 I finally discovered the microchip was being controlled by the Security Services and the Tavistock Institute who are both information organisations and are closely allied with each other, they revealed who they were via the V2K telephone and messages left on the internet which I was asked to view, I was also told to stop writing this book.

The security services were trying to stop the publication of my research and destroy my future credibility by making me do stupid things and then filming the result, they were controlling the microchip and influencing my actions via microwave and radio wave like a remote controlled car. I’ve also learned that frequency technology has been used on me before 1999 to try and deviate my actions, but the insertion of a microchip behind my eye has allowed a camera to film my life over the last twelve years, so this has also turned my sex life into a porn film to be viewed by these people, I’ve found out I’m the real life John Malchovich.

Chapter three explains how the media is overshadowed by the Tavistock Institute, I can tell you that all the major journalists who write regular features for the national papers are involved in the public abuse that I have been suffering since 2007, they have told me that if I manage to publicize what they are doing to me they will destroy me in print, this is a short video to give you some background on the Tavistock Institute who overshadow the media in the west and are running these microchips in concert with the Security Services.

In my opinion, probably the most disturbing thing of all is that nobody in the Media has gone to the police to try and stop this abuse; they have done the opposite. Despite having no money left, the security services have been tormenting me with electroshocks and debilitating microwaves on a daily basis and their position is they are above the law, because there is no one to stop the army from doing what it wants to do. The top politicians are under the control of the security services and they deselect any Politician who stands up to them, their corruption is so ingrained I have had to watch them reporting how Joseph Fritzl kept his children locked in his basement for twenty years, while the western media has kept me in an electronic dungeon since the year 1999. They are also given any message that I write down as the security services electroshock and microwave my body, they call it Sport and after toning down the electroshocks they usually play songs into my head like "You've lost that lovin feelin" or "I think I'm going crazy" by Gnarls Barkley.

I have contacted a large number of M.Ps to inform them about what is going on and they simply say that only my own constituency M.P where I live can deal with my problem, but after moving several times to change M.Ps I still cannot find one who will take my case against the security services. A very sympathetic Labour M.P called Richard Caborn said he wanted to take my case and intimated that he was aware of the problem, but he also said he was retiring at the next election after thirty years and so he was unable to begin a long drawn out case, his successor didn't want to know and I believe he is one of a growing number of new M.Ps who are aware of what the security services are doing, but don't want to get involved or rock the boat in any way for the sake of their career.

The codes below are a collection of some of the incident reference numbers that I have been given when I have contacted the police about what is happening, I have come to realise there is no longer any law in Britain as the Police are not interested in anything that cannot be physically measured, such as physical violence, theft or rape. I have even done the research so they can open up this new area of crime and a couple of times the people on the front desk were interested, but as soon as the case was passed upstairs it came back no action to be taken, no one in the media has contacted the police either and a large section of them know it is happening.

This video by Naomi Klein will confirm how the Security Services and the Tavistock clinic use electricity to strip people of their strength of will, so they can use electronic suggestion to direct their targets with less resistance, personal autonomy. They obviously don't advertise this practise that can now be effected via the cell phone network so you will probably not have come across it, but Naomi Klein is involved with the national media and knows what is going on, she is the Author of No Logo.

 

The above page is taken from the Metro newspaper and it shows a headline denying MI6 is involved in torture, then above there are four headlines about a duck with an arrow through its eye, a tourist that was allegedly set on fire, a father hacked to death in front of his son and one about war criminals escaping justice. The people at this paper are clearly aware of what MI6 do for a living, but the best journalists can do is hint at something as they can no longer print the truth due to the fact they are overshadowed by the cartel they would be writing about. The person in the picture is the one whose intelligence and advice moved the government towards the attack on Iraq, he is called Sir John Scarlett and he has been head of MI6 for the first three years that the Security Services and the media were abusing me behind the scenes, he was replaced in November 2009.

Over the last few years I have found out this technology was developed at the Department of Energy Corporate Laboraties, these are nearly all connected to the University of California and a lot of companies in Silicon Valley are also involved, particularly IBM, Microsoft, Apple, Intel and Verizon communications. The way these microchips work is they overide the nervous system of an implanted person, they lock onto the brain and the nervous system so you still keep your own mind, even though your body and feelings can be hi-jacked and used outside of your own control.

I have had to comb through my writing many times to weed out their influence, its very difficult when these parasites are trying to get me to do things by manipulating my feelings. If you are not conscious that you are micro-chipped your body and mind are most open to outside manipulation as their is no resistance to third party control, they can direct and use you like a tool. The good news is that like learning to ride a bike, the more conscious or practised you become of how that artificial mechanism works the more you can restrain any unwanted movement or influence inside your mind, this is why I can now oppose the people who are parasiting me as I am becoming more and more conscious outside of the chips influence.

The short video below was made by the Orange mobile phone corporation, it shows Jack Blacks body being operated by strings like a puppet, while his mind is opposing what is happening to him. This dichotomy perfectly captures how human microchips work as long as you are conscious of the microchips influence, but if you cannot sense how it interacts with your brain and nervous system you will just go with the flow and take their control for your own will, it is also no co-incidence that the video was made by a mobile phone company.

The problem is that opposing these people if you are microchipped by them is very slow and work to refine this book after I finished it in 2004 is still ongoing, they play games by making me change things that are O.K and insert other things that contradict another part of the book until I realise what they are doing. Their microwave and electrical abuse has also given me a mild stroke which has destroyed my short term memeory so putting together a co-herent website is very difficult and slow work, I often have to write while my head is being microwaved or spun around on the inside similar to when you are drunk and close your eyes. I have thrown this book out through their interference and it was only after I recovered my mind that I retrieved it, I now keep copies with different people who have instructions not to pass me their original copy if I ask for it. I also have to re-type paragraphs after deleting them if I become aware they are attempting to edit my work, because they try to manipulate my emotions to dislike whatever they do not want included.

It is a constant battle with the security services who are attempting to steal the minds of their targets, because instead of just controlling and passing around dead information like they have for the last 100 years, these information organisations are literally attempting to usurp the cognitive interaction of the human race, it is not just a plan anymore as they have been collecting human assets for a while now, this is what they choose to call people who have been chipped by them. The military and corporate cartel that is underlined in this book are trying to take over people's minds and they are being protected by the media, it is a new technological problem just like atom bombs that came into use sixty years ago and guns prior to the invention of bombs.

The Military term the use of electroshocks, microwaves and radio waves as directed energy weapons and after finding out that the Tavistock Institute are the force behind the psychiatric movement in the West, it began to make sense why the media have made pain and voices in the head correspond to a mental health problem, it's essential given what they are doing to people. Right on cue, whenever I have been to the Police or the Doctors I have had to fight their immediate impulse to suggest or sometimes insist that I should seek psychiatric help, even though my mind is perfectly sound. In 2008, debilitating microwaves were being focussed on my body in a very harsh way and I had to do something as I was in pain, so I made yet another visit to the Police Station in Sheffield with the intention of insisting they take up my complaint. The clerical staff at the front desk refused to accept my complaint and would not pass it on to a police officer, so given what was happening to me out of desperation I decided to get myself arrested and force the police to listen to what I had to say.

I kicked and cracked the perspex screen on the front desk and within 30 seconds I was surrounded by police officers who flooded downstairs, I was arrested and expected to be questioned about why I had kicked the screen and given the oppurtunity to speak to them about what I am describing in this chapter. However, I was taken to a cell and instead of being charged or given the opportunity to speak to a police officer, I was visited by a mental health worker who was the last person I would want to tell about my experience, but they said that if I didn't speak to them they were going to section me, I couldn't believe it.

Over the next few hours a group of psychiatrists were standing outside my cell and after chatting to them I requested to speak to the most rational one among them, she said she wouldn't section me on condition that I speak with her at my home. I showed her some of the evidence presented in this chapter and the letter below is now on my file, Martin was my name up until 2011 when I began using my middle name Lee.

Pauline was a nice woman and the only semi-opened minded mental health worker I spoke with on that day, but even she could not bring herself to face the fact that this technology exists and is being used as a matter of routine, so in light of the evidence presented later in this chapter which I also offered to the police you have to ask who is suffering from a delusion. Based on this criteria all the followers of every religion in the world should be sectioned, because they also believe something which is intangible and would give their life to defend their belief. I am offering proof for the technological advances that have occurred in this field over the last few decades and how this has affected my life.

If you still doubt me then please read this paper by a mental health professional who is aware of this technology, she calls for the parameters of diagnosis to be re-defined in light of what is happening to a growing number of people, but she is also frustrated that even her own colleagues prefer to ignore the evidence. She believes and I agree that it is a defence strategy for them to deny what they do not want to see, because the problem is too big for them or anyone else to deal with by themselves. It's also a fact that I was set up by MI6 as a potential looney tune who attacks police stations to detract from the legitimacy of this book, military intelligence know that at least 90% of people will not read the text and they will rely instead on the television news to give them perspective. So regardless of my sound mind they will probably be treated to all sorts of distortions, like ex mental patient writes book about Windsors making him fart.

I also feel that I am dealing with people who are too lazy or afraid to do their jobs, they just want to put their head down and let someone else deal with directed energy weapons abuses, so when I bring up the light based microchip implant I might as well be telling a Victorian that people can fly to the moon. It is much easier to suggest that someone is deluded if takling this problem means going up the pyramid of control to the Government, the Security Services and the bankers who are responsible. I have been to the main terrorist police station in London at Paddington Green and they are aware what the Security Services are doing, but they just looked at me at the front desk as if to say what do you want me to do, I have no power to make these enquiries.

I tried to confront the security services by travelling to London and turning up on their door, but there is a military style entry system and after I spoke to people coming out of the building, they called the police who threatened to arrest me on suspicion of terrorism. The Tavistock Institute have also threatened to have me committed if I continue trying to expose what they are doing, the security services do not accept any public phone calls, they do noy reply to my mail and the police refuse to investigate them. I’ve tried calling on an acquaintance called Paul Mort who works as a Judge in Sheffield, he's aware of what is happening to me and candidly says there is nothing he can do.

So, following on from the end of Chapter Two about these business cartels advancing a Mental Health adgenda in the name of control this is how they are attempting to do it. The article below is an excerpt from the Independent Newspaper in Britain about a new campaign to end mental health prejudice and just so there is no confusion, I also want to state that I had just recieved the finance to buy a 30 bedroom hotel on Brighton seafront before I was kidnapped by British Military intelligence, so I'm sure the bank manager will concur that there was nothing wrong with how I presented myself, the Psychiatrists only got involved in 2009 after I told the police that my mind was being parasited by the people I expose in this book.

This is a picture of Andrew Russell who is probably the biggest name in the mental health industry in the world, you can see from the picture he is clinically obese so based on his own criteria he should be sectioned, if you compare his case to the girl below and that's discounting everything else his organisation does.

The first thing to say is I wasn't aware there was any mental health prejudice, if the occasional person sits down next to you on the underground and starts talking codshit then most people smile politely and nod their head before making an escape at the first opportunity, this has been the normal convention in my lifetime. Now, just like introducing the subject of child abuse on television and in newspapers has made people guarded and sometimes neurotic about other people being around their children, this campaign is pushing the idea that 1 in 4 people have a mental health problem and it is intended to create an even bigger division in society. They have also added a couple of NLP techniques in the way their slogans are worded, so this will very subtly move the readers perception, exactly like a hypnotist imperceptibly leads their subjects in the direction they want them to go by the way they say things.

For example, after stating that 1 in 4 people have a mental health problem the article goes on to say that two thirds of people with mental health problems......, this is so the mind unconsciously associates two thirds of any group of people with a mental health problem, it does the same again where it says 9 out of 10 people with a mental health problem. NLP or perception changing techniques is a large industry now and this doesn't happen by accident, it's the same reason that advertises sell Dongles to fit into your computer, so you can play on your Wee or Wei computer game before cleaning it with some Clit Bang or Cillit Bang polish. It is so people associate feel good or naughty sexuality with their products and are drawn towards that charge, charged words and phrases create an effect, they move perception.

O.K, a question

How many people have you come across in your life who you would say are mentally ill or deficient ?

If you are like me it is only probably a handful and maybe some homeless people, therefore to say that 1 in 4 peoople have a mental health problem should tell you that these people have an adgenda, so what is that adgenda ?

One of the people in the article is an actor who claims he was diagnosed with a mental health problem, he slightly slurs his words in a cinema ad I have seen where he is making a cup of tea, but apart from that he is presented as normal. He goes on to say that with the support of his family he can now lead a full life after being diagnosed with mental illness, but what does this mean in reality that before he couldn't lead a full life and now that his friends and family patronise his suppossed deficiency he feels more complete,

So does diagnosing people with a mental health problem end mental health prejudice ?

Of course it doesn't it creates it, just like raising the spectre of child abuse in a community puts people on edge, lest they should be accused of child abuse or having mental illness themselves. It's simple Divide and Rule, you're a Witch, no she's not a Witch, why are you saying that Madam are you a Witch too, silence. The intention is to create a stigma around a controversial or sensitive topic and use that stigma to destroy anyone who opposes them, they can also silence millions more who are not confident enough to speak up about this subtle black magic that is being used before their eyes.

So, who is behind this adgenda for control ?

The people who are in control now !

If you read Chapters two, three and eight in this book you will see how it is power hungry megalomaniacs that are resorting to these methods to manipulate the public mind, counterfeiting bankers who have constructed the mental health industry as a secondary tool to attack and break down the psychological equilibrium of the population, this is how they plan to defend their own counterfeiting by leading gullible tabloid readers to point fingers about mental health or rascism, it's just to deflect attention away from themselves.

At its core, mind control technology is what this mental health exercise is about and the Tavistock Institute who overshadow the press and control the mental health industry are also behind this technology, it has been developed in secret and please remember that whatever claims are made to justify human microchips they will filter down and encompass everyone in time. Taxation and Fractional Reserve banking were both introduced as temporary measures during wartime and they only got bigger, the mechanisation of humanity will follow the same pattern. If the bankers don't create a war as a pretex to microchip people on the grounds of national security, it will probably begin with electronic ankle tags for prisoners being replaced with microchips beneath the skin as a condition of parole, step by incremental step.

There are several books available that provide evidence for the existence of this technology, these books deal with an incredibly serious subject and yet they have been written in a very casual way, the good information they provide is interspersed with material that is just not relevant and sometimes discredits the factual information. On this point, I’d like to say that the security services control the flow of information through the media and also the publishing industry, except for the small independents. One of their techniques is to discredit good information by inserting conspiratorial information in the same book, they mix it up so people find information about government mind control projects alongside stories about lizard men from outer space.

I believe this has happened with the books I am about to recommend and if you read them please keep this in mind, but if it concerns you just wait until I write about mind control later in this book. I should also point out that some people who are connected to the intelligence community are against mind control for obvious reasons, so it is just as likely that Alex Constantine who is coming up has chosen to censor his own work, because if he didn't he would end up dead just like Jim Keith after he released his second book, Mind Control, World Control.

The only book that has been written by a scientist on the subject is called “Physical Control of the Mind; towards a psycho-civilised society”, this was published in 1971 by a Spanish researcher called Dr Jose Delgado and it was intended to attract academics towards the subject of mind control, but it caused such controversy nothing else has been published since that time. In America, Dr Delgado was known for speaking on record in Congress in 1974 about the feasability of a microchipped army controlled by radiowave like remote controlled cars, he obviously supported the idea and it's auspicious given my experience that it has never been discussed again. I managed to buy a second hand copy of his book online, but the 40 year old technology in the book is also showcased in the film The Manchurian Candidate, so just watch the film.

The excerpt below is from the New York Times in 1965 where he successfully wired up and stopped a charging bull by remote control.

This is a picture of a monkey in the 1960s that has had surgery to fit equipment to its skull, so it can be directed by Dr Delgado by remote control. The important thing to highlight is the top of the head is still the place where these people set up camp and work downwards, it's just the technology that is now in use is light based as you will see in chapter seven, it's no longer physical like the poor monkey's below. The expression on the left hand monkey's face says it all, bewilderment as well as deep sadness and this is how I spend much of my time, unable to speak to anyone about this technology due to disinformation that exists about the current state of this technological field, plus decades old prejudice about voices and pain in the head.

The picture below is another one of a monkey that has been wired up by Dr Delgado, the book also shows a different monkey whose pupils are being dilated and constricted under the control of the radio operator. I know from my own experience that many other things can be controlled as well, such as flu like illness, aches and pains, extreme lethargy, tightening the chest so that breathing becomes very difficult, backpassage wind or farting to create big skids everyday, allergies with a streaming nose, sneezing one after the other for five minutes +, irritability, the need to scratch the skin and use the toilet, constantly. These people really do get a kick out of making their kidnapped prisoners constantly use the toilet, I often wonder if the expression Stop Yanking my Chain came from other people in the same position as me, the same as He's on the Skids to describe someone who is going downhill.

Finally, the picture below is a woman who is recieving brain stimulation by radio wave while she is free to walk around in the hospital ward, this is important as forty five years later it is how the internet and mobile phone networks are being used by the security services to target people with psychotronic torture from a distance, the abuse is also incredibly difficult to prove as the waves are invisible and the Police are controlled by the State who are also responsible for the abuse, via Military Intelligence. The media are on the front line of this attack on the public so expect them to feign confusion about what is happening or dismiss the subject completely, but they know exactly what the security services are doing.

 

The Mind Controllers by Dr Armen Victorian

This one deals with C.I.A files that have been released under the freedom of information act from 25 years ago, there’s a small section on the evidence for electronic mind control. The book may have gone out of print but second hand copies can be bought online if this is the case, the picture of the microchipped man on the front cover is how far Dr Delgado's research had progressed by the 1980s. It was still possible to locate microchips in the head with X-Rays at this time, but they are now too small or photonic in nature.

Psychic Dictatorship in the U.S.A by Alex Constantine

This book has been written to appeal to the youth market but it contains the most information I’ve found on this subject in a current title, the footnote section lists almost every book and newspaper article that’s been written on the subject, if you are looking for more proof of mind control technology I would buy this one.

Mind Wars: Brain Research and National Defence by Johnathan Moreno

I haven't read this book at the time of writing as its hard to find, but I plan to read it and I am including it due to the title as controlling the brain is exactly where military research has been directed in recent years, I suppose the logic is why force the physical body to submit when you can subliminally direct the brain of your target, Johnathan Moreno is from a military family.

Torture: Killing Me Softly by N Rizal

I have not read this one yet as it's extremely hard to find and quite exspensive, but it has gotten very good reviews and the title sings to me as it is exactly what happens if you are being targeted by directed energy weapons. The author is Nepalese and I understand that he is writing about directed energy energy abuses in his own country, but it doesn't matter as there aren't really any countries anymore just a network of security services around the world, they share the same technology and use it against anyone they choose in whatever country the banking network is occupying. The Engineering of Human Consciousness by Jim Keith

Not as technical as it sounds but worth reading if you don’t mind veering off into unrelated topics, the punchline at the end of the book is the revelation that governments are planning to control the population through television and radio stations via the microwave mobile phone network, thousands of masts broadcasting at the same frequency as the human brain. The fixed line and mobile phone companies are integral to this plan with AT+T, Verizon Wireless and Sprint Nextel leading the way in the U.S.A and B.T, the military allied Vodafone, Orange, O2 and Arqiva in the United Kingdom. The Research and Development department of BT at Martlesham Heath in Ipswich was integral to the development of these 20-20 microchips according to the author, he was killed after he brought out his second book Mind Control, World Control.

I looked into the ownership of British Telecom and the largest shareholder is a New York investor called James Harris Simons, he is an ex scientist worth close to 10 billion dollars with an investment fund that has access to even more money. A Cambridge graduate called Michael Lynch is also involved in the plan to microchip humanity, his company called the Autonomy Corporation designs programs that take software from their basic linear foundation into pattern recognition and building neural networks, just like a human child would develop a mind by learning through experience. These people are also attempting to supplant my own mind with their pattern recognition technology, the horror story is that everyone in the western media is looking on to see what will happen during this macabre experiment, like Kasperov trying to beat IBM's Deep Blue at chess where I have to battle to save my own mind.

These two scientists are just a couple of many fronts which the cartels that I am exposing choose to use, but their plan to control humanity through electronic chips is the biggest crime that's ever been attempted, it could not be staged by one or a small group of individuals, it's the multi trillion dollar military and corporate state that President Eisenhower warned against back in 1961. In the United Kingdom, these different private companies come together under the umbrella of AWE at Aldermaston in Berkshire, this military base is owned by the U.K governemntand and run by three private subcontractors, the lead one is Lockheed Martin and that's where this project goes back to America

The picture below is an extreme example of someone being electroshocked with added sparks to illustrate what is happening, this effect can now be created internally using these microchips and the worst thing is you cannot prove it, the only evidence is the effect it creates and the people who know it is happening. Also, if you put something in a microwave oven the waves initially break down the constitution of the food before it cooks and eventually dries out or burns, I used to have a strong musculature and it's been broken down by the waves so I can no longer hold on to muscle even if go to the gym, my short term memory is so bad I have to make lists and place them around myself to remember things, plus my hand to eye cordination is now weaker, the abuse has given me a mild stroke.

The picture above was taken in 1999 and it is a combination of electroshocks, microwave torture and 23 or 24 days without food, they withheld food until the 39th day and then said they were going to microwave and electroshock me for four days solid, if I survived they said they would let me live and remember I has no idea who was responsible at this time in 1999. I wish I had a photograph from 2006 to show what I looked like then, because I had recovered from the starvation in 1999 and still had a youthful purity so you would be able to see how the torture that started again in 2007 has affected me, but I do have a photograph that I took with my phone from early 2009 before they started getting really serious, it is shown below.

The security services only electroshock me at higher voltages when I am alone so I took these two pictures later in 2009 with my camera phone to capture the moment, the one on the right is just after it stopped and you can see it's given my face a hard and haggard quality. You cannot see in the photograph below, but the hair around the sides of my head and parts of my beard have turned white through the continual electroconvulsive treatment, this happened very quickly in response to them increasing the voltage and this procedure continues to be administered against my will, my teeth are also starting to degrade on the left hand side of my mouth.

Being microchipped and and receiving ECT at very low voltage feels like a concentrated version of being on a plane, only the plastic bag on the head feeling doesn't last 8 or 12 hours, it has been continuous for me since 1999. The long term effects of being microwaved is to slowly melt you on the inside, so that your consciousness becomes weaker just like in the fourth video in this chapter by Naomi Klein, the intention is to make their target more malleable and pliable so they can be directed by remote control with less resistance, personal autonomy.

   

The two snaps below were taken mid way through 2010, six months after the two above and you can see how much I have degenerated in this short time, this cartel are attempting to destroy my brain and personal will by using directed energy weapons, so they can filter their own pattern recognition software into a weakened mind that has been shocked into a catatonic state, binding it with my own mind from a neutral or passive foundation. Basically, they have chosen someone who is strong willed with a lot of ambition and an independent mind, so as one of their guinea pigs I'm sure they are thinking that if they can subjugate me they can do it to everybody else.

I received a 20 page final offer of finance a few weeks after this and was close to exchange when it began, here is a picture of the Amalfi Hotel on Marine Parade in Brighton in 1998 it is about 200 metres up from the pier.

After eight years of being literally forced to keep moving to a new town to begin a new low paid job after my money ran out in 2003, I am only just starting to recover financially after regaining more control of my life by fully understanding the position that I am in. My father has also helped me to buy a house as they have destroyed my ability to get credit and after renovating it I am now back to where I was at 19 when I bought a flat in London, but in 2011 the microchip problem and the abuse that goes with it remains the same.
